• Maintain the security of your account
• Not use our services for any illegal purpose
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Pay for services as agreed upon

4. Service Delivery

We commit to delivering high-quality services within agreed timelines. However, delivery times may vary based on project complexity and current workload. We will communicate any delays promptly.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you retain all rights to your content. We retain rights to our design templates and processes. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio with your permission.

7. Refund Policy

We offer the following refund terms:

• Full refund if work hasn't begun
• Partial refund based on work completed
• No refund after final delivery and approval
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

8. Limitation of Liability

PublishingEbooks.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration.

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
